Emphasizes the nature, formation, and application of law with a macro view; also public law and regulation of business. Prerequisites: ACCT 2301 ; ECO 1311  and ECO 1312 ; MATH 1309  or MATH 1337 ; and STAT 2301  or one from the following: CSE 4340 ; EMIS 3340 ; ITOM 2305 ; STAT 2331 , STAT 4340 .
