GEOL 5366 - Vertebrate Anatomy and Origins Credits: 3
Introduces vertebrate anatomy, with emphasis on structure and function. Examines processes that have affected the diversity of vertebrate organisms, including origination, biogeography, and adaptation. Prerequisites: BIOL 1301/BIOL 1101 (or BIOL 1401), BIOL 1302/BIOL 1102 (or BIOL 1402) and GEOL 1308, or permission of instructor. The accompanying laboratory, BIOL 5166 , is strongly recommended.
