CEE 2322 - Field Methods for Soil and Water Analysis

Covers topics related to environmentally relevant fieldwork and field data analysis, with emphasis on field and lab practical experiences that are supplemented with necessary lecture. Addresses surface water and groundwater collection as well as the analysis of coliform bacteria, basic water quality parameters, and inorganic contaminants. Topics also include soil collection and analysis, sanitation and water systems in the field, mapping, basic GIS, and systems planning. Prerequisite: Sophomore or above standing.
