Reviews regulatory requirements, with emphasis on the 40 CFR regulations for water, air, and solid hazardous waste. Explores air, water, stormwater, and waste permits, as well as permits-by-rule and the consequences of noncompliance with regulations by presenting enforcement options available to government agencies.
