CRCP 3310 - Data: Meaning, Narrative, and Discovery

Credits: 3

Students apply programming to obtain, transform, and automate data analysis to extract meaning from large sets of data. From basic data streams to social media APIs, relational databases to unstructured data, bits to big data, and from statistics to data mining, students apply technical concepts to datasets from the arts, humanities, sciences, and other disciplines. Prerequisite: CSE 1342  or ASIM 3305 .
