ITOM 6218 - Introduction to Business Process Analytics

Understanding and documenting the business processes and decisions that business analytics are expected to support are central to developing solutions that improve organizational performance. Students learn the conceptual frameworks, tools, and skills needed to develop a blueprint for analytics, which entails successfully analyzing the high-level requirements for business analytics, prioritizing and outlining solutions, proposing business process improvements to generate the requisite data, and making the business case. Prerequisite: ITOM 6202 or enrollment in the M.S.B.A. program.
