LAW 6271 - Payment Systems
Credits: 2
Introduces students to commercial paper and concentrates on legal problems that arise with negotiable instruments. Includes some coverage of consumer credit cards, bank-based electronic funds transfers (including debit and ACH), e-payments (such as Paypal), and commercial payments (wire transfers and letters of credit), but not in great detail.
