Includes comparative concepts of jurisdiction, service, taking evidence abroad, divorce, and enforcement of foreign nation judgments, as well as choice of law in contracts, torts, and decedent estates. Also explores arbitration as an alternative means of resolving transnational commercial disputes. Particular attention is paid to relevant new treaties.
