Covers various methods for analyzing websites using tools such as Google Analytics and Yahoo Web Analytics. Includes analysis of structure (the interconnectivity between various sites), content, and patterns of usage. Considers e-commerce sites, portals, social media service platforms, and other types of websites. Prerequisite: Enrollment in M.S.B.A. program.
