CSE 4345 - Software Engineering Principles

Credits: 3

Introduction to software system development and an overview of development models and their stages. Also, system feasibility and requirements engineering, architecture and design, validation and verification, maintenance, and evolution. Includes project management and a review of current software engineering literature. Student teams design and implement small-scale software systems. Contains class presentations and a major design experience. Prerequisite: C- or better in CSE 2341 .
