MNO 4330 - Introduction to Consulting and Change Management

Credits: 3

Students explore what it takes to be a highly successful consultant and put that knowledge into practice within this course. Students examine the importance of both character and competence as well as communication skills in consulting while learning how to assess client needs and navigate change management issues. As a final project, each consulting team presents their assessment and recommendations based on an actual client situation. (*updated* 1/7/2019; effective Spring 2019) Prerequisite: MNO 3370 .
