LAW 6331 - Pretrial Practice and Advocacy

Covers pretrial civil litigation procedure, practice, and strategy. Emphasizes participating, developing advocacy skills in the pretrial process, and obtaining a working knowledge of procedural rules governing the pretrial process. A skills course that focuses on the practical application of the civil rules, decision-making, and judgment. Prerequisites: LAW 6371 , LAW 8271  Civil Procedure I, II.
