RE 6212 - Real Estate Analysis and Strategy

Examines the physical and financial aspects of real estate development and acquisitions from the perspective of the equity investor. Focuses on land use concepts critical to the physical development of various real estate property types. Students become conversant in relevant investment return metrics and applied valuation methodology through case study analysis of real estate transactions. Prerequisite: RE 6211 .
