Provides insight and practical guidance on key organizational factors essential to a successful omnichannel business, including executive management support and collaboration with critical functional partners. Supports development of the analytic and application skills needed to successfully market in an omnichannel environment. The course is taught using lectures, cases and exercises to reinforce the information presented. The ultimate goal is to ensure the student is prepared to contribute to a business-building customer experience in a meaningful way.
