LAW 8369 - Oil and Gas Contracts

Credits: 3

A survey of basic oil and gas contracts used in exploration and production operations in the United States and internationally, and the problems and legal issues that they present. Includes lease addenda, assignments, support agreements, farmout agreements, operating agreements, gas contracts and balancing agreements, division orders, and technical agreements.
