HDCN 6314 - Sexual Counseling and Therapy

Credits: 3

A study of sexual issues, positive sexual functioning, sexual problems, and sexual disorders that confront the counselor or therapist, with a focus on sexual experiences as a part of life experiences. Also, the development of the skills and tools necessary to strengthen within a therapeutic setting a client’s positive relational and sexual functioning.
