Emphasis on the U.C.C.’s general principles and secured transactions, commercial paper, and bank collections. Students enrolled in the course may enroll in LAW 9301 Negotiable Instruments and Payment Systems and LAW 6389 Sale of Goods Transaction but may not enroll in LAW 7325 Secured Transactions.
