BHSC 7320 - Crisis Leadership: How to Lead in Times of Crisis, Threat, and Uncertainty

Examines leadership challenges within healthcare organizations. Various crises brought on by “black swan events” are diagnosed and analyzed. Students examine the common characteristics of all crises and learn key lessons, general principles, and tools for successfully leading and managing crises.
