LAW 7230 - Income and Wealth Inequality

Credits: 2

Analyzes the causes and consequences of the growing inequality of income and wealth in the United States over about the past 40 years. Considers various legal measures and broader social approaches that could be implemented to address the problems caused by this growing inequality. Students are required to submit a research paper at the end of the course.
