Building key traits of authentic leadership and emotional and cultural intelligence that are critical to leadership success, including self-awareness, awareness of others, and managing self and relationships. Effective interpersonal skills, empathic listening, mindfulness, inclusivity, and conflict resolution. Required overnight leadership retreat. Prerequisites: WRTR 1312 and WRTR 1313 , or equivalent.
