SCI 4301 - Astro-eXtraordinary: The Universe Beyond Earth

Credits: 3

Students engage in the study of the universe across disciplines including, but not limited to, astrochemistry, exo-lunar and exo-planetary geoscience, astronomy, mathematical modeling, and astroparticle physics. Prerequisites: MATH 1337  and MATH 1338 , or MATH 1340 , and any of the following introductory course sequences from participating departments: CHEM 1303  and CHEM 1304 ; or any of GEOL 1301 , GEOL 1305 , GEOL 1307 , GEOL 1313 , or GEOL 1315 ; or any of PHYS 1303  or PHYS 1307 , and PHYS 1304  and PHYS 1308 .
