BUSE 6242 - Eastern Europe: Thirty Years of Transition from Socialism to Market

Critically reviews the divergent economic paths taken over the last three decades by the former Soviet-bloc nations in Eastern Europe. Discusses the Velvet Revolution (Czechoslovakia), the Singing Revolution (Estonia), and the Rose Revolution (Georgia) among others.
