OREM 5305 - Systems Reliability and Availability Analysis

Reliability and availability modeling and analysis methods are applied to perform cost–effectiveness analysis during development of aerospace and defense systems, as well other types of systems. Topics include systems reliability and availability models and analysis methods; requirements analysis to determine fleet size; system effectiveness and life cycle cost analysis methods; and analysis of systems mission reliability, sustainment reliability and systems availability, both inherent and operational, during design and development of a product and associated support system. Prerequisite: OREM 3361  or OREM 3340 /STAT 4340  or OREM 5300 .
