ME 5329 - Fluid Power Systems
Credits: 3
Principles of operations; design criteria; and performance characteristics of fluid power systems’ components such as pumps, motors, valves, and cylinders. Also, goals-oriented circuit design and analysis, industrial standards, and circuit representation and maintenance. Includes practical and/or demo lectures, a design project based on specialized software, industry speakers and site visits. Prerequisites: ME 2320 and ME 2342 .
