SOCI 3311 - Social Science Research Methods


Credits: 3

Introduces qualitative and quantitative research methods used by sociologists. Students learn how to design, conduct, and report research in an ethical, clear, and concise manner. Assignments provide hands-on experience using and collecting data for social science research. This is the first course in the research methods sequences. Prerequisites: C or better in SOCI 1300  or SOCI 2377 .
