APSM 3332 - Legal and Ethical Aspects of Applied Physiology and Sports Management

Creates an important awareness of the legal and ethical implications of some of the situations that can arise in the careers of sports, coaching, and health and fitness professionals. These legal and ethical aspects include those related to safety, risk management, personnel, contracts, constitutional rights, employment issues, discrimination concerns, and collective bargaining and unions. Prerequisite or corequisite: APSM 2310 ; or prerequisite: APSM 2340  or APSM 2441  or BIOL 2441
