JOUR 2304 - Video and Audio Production

Credits: 3

Offers practical training in the fundamentals of video and audio production. Students produce several original projects for potential broadcast on SMU’s various student media. Students learn field production and editing, as well as broadcast writing and are exposed to studio and control room skills. This class requires a significant amount of work with multimedia production. Includes 3 hours of lecture and one 1.5-hour lab per week.  Prerequisites: JOUR 2312 . Restricted to fashion media majors or journalism majors or minors.
