BLI 1210 - Business Communications

Improves students’ professional success by becoming more effective communicators. Improves presentation skills and business writing; enhances ability to plan and manage projects in a team setting; increases understanding of contemporary business communication issues; increases appreciation for the vital role that communication plays in leading a successful business. Students complete BLI 1210 during their first year at SMU, or in their second year if admitted via the internal or external transfer process. Restricted to BBA Scholars, Business Direct students, and students admitted to Cox through the internal or external transfer process.
