STRA 6224 - Entrepreneurial AI Strategy

Focuses on discovering and vetting good entrepreneurial opportunities with a special focus on AI-driven ventures, followed by the development, founding, financing, and operational issues of implementing those opportunities. Enables students to apply all the skills they have learned thus far in the program to various entrepreneurial opportunities, including “intrapreneurship” (AI entrepreneurial opportunities within a larger company). Students are asked to assume the role of an entrepreneur attempting to discover, find, finance, and grow a venture using and/or developing AI tools. Emphasis is placed on understanding the dynamics of a situation and recommending a strategy that considers the resources at the entrepreneur’s disposal. The course uses a blend of cases, readings, and external speakers.  Prerequisite or corequisite: STRA 6201 . (*updated* 12/4/2025; effective spring 2026)
