ACCT 6228 - Sustainability Reporting

Credits: 2

Provides students with an introduction to the principles, standards, and practices of sustainability reporting and ESG performance measurement. Introduces the role of sustainability reporting in corporate sustainability strategies, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making. Students gain practical knowledge and skills in the issues surrounding ESG data collection and reporting, including the use of different ESG reporting frameworks. Covers the regulatory landscape of sustainability reporting and ESG, including mandatory and voluntary reporting requirements.
