RE 6415 - Real Estate Development

Credits: 4

Explores the practice of real estate development through a course-long case study project where students will consider the site acquisition and due diligence process, project design and construction, and the financial feasibility of projects with particular attention paid to the project’s capitalization with debt and equity. (*updated* 12/8/2025) Prerequisite: RE 6411  or enrollment in M.S.R.E. program.
