Provides a broad introduction to sustainable finance, exploring how financial markets, institutions, and investment strategies integrate environmental, social, and governance factors. Examines the role of green bonds, impact investing, and corporate sustainability disclosures in shaping financial decision-making. The course also analyzes the risks and opportunities associated with climate change, regulatory policies, and sustainable business models, with a focus on how capital markets and corporate strategy drive the transition toward a low-carbon and circular economy. Prerequisite: FINA 6205 .
