LAW 7367 - Experiential International Commercial Arbitration I

This experiential course offers a survey of the law of international commercial arbitration and an applicable procedural regime through a complex arbitration simulation between two parties over a dispute arising out of a contract for the international sale of goods. Students learn and put into practice the law and skills of an international commercial arbitration practitioner. In this course, the focus is on research and writing in an international commercial arbitration setting.
