UNIV 2101 - Introduction to Mock Trial
Credits: 1
Enhances students’ knowledge of the American adversarial judicial system through in-depth study of trial procedure and evidentiary rules. The primary teaching vehicle is a simulated trial based on the official hypothetical case published by the American Mock Trial Association for the current school year. Cases alternate between criminal and civil cases. Students must complete the course to be eligible to participate on the Mock Trial team.
