ITOM 4355 - Project Management Analytics Credits: 3
Equips students with advanced quantitative tools to optimize project performance, enhance decision-making, and mitigate risk. Through a combination of lectures, case studies, and hands-on experiential learning, this course covers tools and concepts that enable project managers to evaluate, manage, and execute critical functions of any project while ensuring speed, efficiency, and market impact. It also covers data-driven approaches to evaluating and prioritizing projects based on strategic alignment, resource availability, and risk assessment. Prerequisites: ITOM 2308 and ITOM 3306 . Restricted to Cox majors.
