Africa/Middle East Studies Minor

Area Studies Minor Requirements   

A cocurricular requirement for the minor is two years of college-level study of a language native to Africa or the Middle East. To maximize the educational experience, students are strongly encouraged to spend at least one term or summer studying in Africa or the Middle East. Most of the courses taught in University study abroad programs in Africa and the Middle East may be applied to the African and Middle Eastern studies minor.
