Notes:
- The chamber music requirement may be fulfilled by accompanying choral ensembles.
- MUHI 6320 is offered in the spring term of even-numbered years.
- Recitals include three public performances, one of which must be on campus. The other two performances may be either on or off campus at a suitable venue approved by the adviser. Two of the recitals must be solo recitals of about one hour of music. The additional performance may be another solo recital, a full concerto with orchestra, a chamber music recital, or a lecture-recital. Each recital will be graded by a committee that includes the professor of organ and two additional SMU faculty members or representatives from the professional community.
