Examines critical legal issues encountered by private domestic enterprises during the first years of operation. Topics include the hiring of counsel, alternatives for entity formation, establishment of a board of directors, debt and equity financing, real estate leases, criminal and civil liabilities, and litigation and risk management strategies.
