Emphasis on the U.C.C.’s general principles and secured transactions, commercial paper, and bank collections. Students enrolled in the course may enroll in LAW 9301 -Negotiable Instruments and Payment Systems and LAW 6389 Sale of Goods Transaction but may not enroll in LAW 7325 Secured Transactions.
