STAT 6358 - Statistical Analysis of High Throughput Biological Data

Introduction to various statistical methods that are widely used in the biosciences, especially bioinformatics. Subject matter includes gene expression microarray analysis, analysis of flow cytometry data, mass spectrometry data, single cell expression analysis, DNA sequencing, and multiple sequence alignment; topics may vary with instructor.
