LAW 7248 - Legal Writing for the Non-Lawyer Audience

Designed for students who wish to improve their ability to write for non-lawyer readers (clients, potential clients, and the general public). Targets students who are already competent writers but requires no in-depth knowledge of grammar or rhetoric. Covers engaging the reader, explaining legal concepts clearly, issue framing, readability, and writing efficiently.
