PHYS 4382 - Introduction to Quantum Mechanics

Credits: 3

An introduction to the principles of quantum mechanics, the Schrodinger equation and solutions for one–dimensional problems, the Dirac formalism, angular momentum and quantum mechanics in three dimensions, the central potential, spin, and additions of spins. Prerequisites: PHYS 3305 , and PHYS 4321  or MATH 3304 .
