To earn the B.S. degree with a major in Anthropology, students must complete all University-wide requirements, including the completion of University’s Common Curriculum and satisfy the anthropology major requirements listed below.
Completion requirement
Complete ALL of the following Courses:
- 0000671
- 0000701
- 0000781
- 0001321
- 0165171
One course from the following:
- 0157951
- 0165181
- 0224431
- 0224451
Courses must be at the 3000 level and above. Students can use two different disciplines to complete this requirement, but both courses must be from the same group.
• Six credit hours from BIOL, CHEM, GEOL, or PHYS courses
or
• Six credit hours from ECON, PLSC, PSYC, or SOCI courses
Complete the following:
Six courses, with at least 12 credit hours (four courses) at the 3000 level and higher and six credit hours (two courses) at the 4000 level and higher.
