APHM-BS - Applied Physiology and Health Management

Students will be able to translate knowledge to practice in real life settings through experiential learning opportunities including laboratory experiences, internships, and research projects to prepare individuals for the work force or future graduate/professional academic opportunities. In these practicum placements, 80% of students will demonstrate proficiency in XXX through their internship report. 

Students will communicate appropriately, professionally, and effectively in both written and oral forms, with individuals and in groups, and in formal and informal settings.

Students will, through a comprehensive exam assessment, accurately and confidently identify physiological and principles fundamental to careers in health, physical fitness, and human performance.

Students will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the managerial and ethical principles that govern scientific research and clinical practice.
