Overview

Requirements

The minor requires the completion of a minimum of 17 credit hours. At least two of the advanced courses (i.e. 3000-level and above) must be taken at SMU. CHEM 4397 does not count towards the minor.

Completion requirement

Courses with a lab must be taken together.

Complete ALL of the following Courses:
  • 0033981
  • 0033911
  • 0033991
  • 0033921

Chosen with adviser's approval.

Earn at least 9 credits from the following:
  • 0276311

• Three 3- or 4-credit hour CHEM courses, at the 3000-level and above.

Note: SCI 4301 may be substituted for one of the three CHEM courses.
