If students are accepted into the Accelerated Pathways in Electrical and Computer Engineering, they will be able to take any three approved ECE 73XX level courses and use them toward their undergraduate and graduate degree (with pre-approval from their undergraduate and graduate adviser).
Note: ECE 8000-level courses are primarily for graduate students but may be taken by highly qualified undergraduates in the accelerated pathway program with the approval of the adviser and the instructor. Only nine credit hours can double count toward both the bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Special topics courses are also available.
Each student is expected to complete and file a plan of study with his or her academic adviser. The plan should state specific choices to meet the foregoing requirements and develop an area of concentration when concentration is desired.
